These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all orders for finely crafted, meaningful jewelry (“Products”—including charms, rings, necklaces, and custom pieces) placed by you (“you”, “your”) through the Jamesaveuy website (“Site”), operated by Jamesaveuy (“we”, “us”, “our”). Since 1954, we’ve prioritized craftsmanship and customer trust—these Terms reflect that commitment, outlining your rights and our obligations for every purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order on the Site, you must:

  • All jewelry is packaged in protective Jamesaveuy boxes (with anti-tarnish pouches for metal pieces) to prevent damage during transit. If packaging is damaged upon arrival, inspect the Product immediately (see Section 7 for damage claims).

5. Returns & Exchanges

Consistent with our free returns promise, we offer flexible returns/exchanges—with special rules for custom jewelry (due to its personalized nature):

5.1 Eligibility

  • Non-Custom Jewelry: Eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of delivery if:
  • The Product is unused, unworn, and undamaged (no scratches, tarnish, or removed tags);
  • Original packaging (Jamesaveuy box, anti-tarnish pouch, certificates of authenticity) is intact.
  • Custom Jewelry (engraved, sized, or personalized): Non-returnable/non-exchangeable unless defective (see Section 7). Custom pieces are crafted to your specifications and cannot be resold, so we cannot accept returns for “change of mind.”

5.2 Return/Exchange Process
